How do account registration and order tracking work?

Account Registration

Creating an account on BDDoll is simple and optional (you can also checkout as a guest):

1. Click on “Account” oder “Login / Register” in the top right corner of the website.
2. Click “Register” and fill in your email address and create a password.
3. Verify your email (we will send a confirmation link).
4. Once registered, you can save your shipping addresses, view order history, and track orders easily.

Order Tracking

1. After your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with the tracking number and direct tracking link.
2. You can also track your order by:
   • Logging into your account → “My Orders”
   • Clicking the tracking link in the confirmation email
   • Visiting our website and using the “Track Order” function

Tracking is updated in real-time by the carrier (usually UPS). You can see the current status and estimated delivery date.
