- Reason for the request (refund or modification)
- Clear photos (if it concerns a defect or issue)
- What you would like to do (refund, replacement, or modification)
- Response Time We usually reply within 24 hours (often faster during business hours).
- For Refunds
- If eligible (mainly unused dolls with manufacturing defects), we will guide you through the process.
- You may be asked to provide additional details or photos for verification.
- For Order Modifications
- Possible only if the order has not yet entered production.
- Once production starts, modifications are usually not possible.
