  • Generally Non-Returnable<\/strong> Customized dolls are made specifically according to your personal requirements (face sculpt, skin tone, body modifications, special textures, etc.). Because they are personalized, we cannot accept returns<\/strong> for change of mind or personal preference.<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing Defects<\/strong> If the customized doll arrives with a serious manufacturing defect<\/strong>, you must contact us within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery with clear photos. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed as a production problem, send you a new replacement<\/strong> (rather than a refund or return).<\/li>\n
  • No Refunds After Production<\/strong> Once production of a custom order has started or been completed, refunds are generally not available<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
