What is the return/modification policy for customized orders?

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, BDDoll has a specific policy for customized dolls:

Return Policy for Customized Orders

• Generally Non-Returnable: Customized dolls cannot be returned for change of mind or personal preference reasons.
• Exceptions: Returns or refunds may be accepted only in cases of significant manufacturing defects or if the doll arrives substantially different from the approved preview.
• All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and detailed description.

Modification Policy

• Before Production: You can request modifications during the preview/approval stage at no extra cost (as long as production hasn’t started).
• After Production Starts: Modifications are usually not possible. In rare cases, minor changes may be accepted with additional fees.
• After Delivery: No modifications can be made. The doll is considered final once shipped.

Why This Policy Exists

Custom dolls are made specifically to your requirements, which means they cannot be easily resold as standard stock. This policy helps us keep customization prices reasonable and maintain efficient production.
